Sophia started gymnastics at the age of 8 years old and plans to continue at least until she graduates from high school. She currently practices her sport of choice at Poway Gymnastics and enjoys being a part of the team, with whom she competes. Sophia leads a healthy, active life and has gained confidence since starting gymnastics.
Academically, Sophia is committed to her studies and maintains a high GPA. Science is one of her favorite subjects at school, which is something she and her twin brother, Mason, share in
common.
Sophia’s mother, Jennifer Antoine, nominated her and proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. She has taught both her children the importance of maintaining a good balance of academics and sporting activities. The Randy Jones Foundation Scholarship allows both children to keep participating in their competitive sport of choice.

I've been in gymnastics since I was 8 and hope to keep it up until I graduate high school. Even
